The Complete Athlete Series
Lay the foundations of high performance and prevent injury by working with the AEC team of sport science experts. The Complete Athlete workshops gather staff members from the Athletic Enhancement Center, Physical Therapy Center, and Nutrition and Fitness Centers to provide athletes of all levels education and training specific to their sporting needs. Staff to participant ratio is kept low to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention. Participants should come ready to exercise, think, and learn.
