RIPP Program Revealed

Coach Emily Malkin in conjunction with the rest of the AEC staff did an excellent job pulling together video of key exercises for Rugby Injury Prevention and Performance (RIPP). Check them out at BUAEC’s YouTube page. All exercises are to be used under the guidance and advisement of AEC’s certified coaches to ensure safety and maximum benefit.

BU Rugby New England Champs!

Welcome Brookline Knights Baseball

AEC would like to welcome the AAU Brookline Knights Baseball Organization to the center this winter. Varsity Mental Skills

The AEC’s Dr. Naylor shared some insights on the mental game of hockey in The Charlatan’s recent article “Mind the Puck.” Having served as a resource for youth through professional hockey players for over a decade, Dr. Naylor understands how to train the mental game. As stated in the article, “Strengthening the brain is no different than putting in hard hours at the gym, Naylor said. ‘Just like you go in the weight room to add flexibility or core strength, this is the same thing to figure out where you need to be in order to get to the next level.’”
