- We are happy to make arrangements for special BU tours and presentations to organizations working with college-bound students. If you are looking to bring a group of 10-50 students for a campus visit, please read on for more information regarding how to make a group visit reservation.
Groups are invited to join us for a Campus Tour or for both a Campus Tour and Information Session. Boston University does not provide lunch to visiting groups. For an on-campus dining experience, check out the Union Food Court, located within the George Sherman Union at 775 Commonwealth Avenue.
Group visits are by appointment-only, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ask for 3 weeks advanced notice to best accommodate your request. All available group visit appointments are listed in the form below. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate groups on a Saturday or Sunday or on a date that is not listed below.
Although we would like to accommodate all group visit requests, we are only able to host student groups in their sophomore, junior, and senior years at this time. Please check back in the summer months if you would like to arrange a visit with a group younger than 10th grade.
How to Request a Group Visit
Please complete the group visit reservation form to request an appointment. Once you submit your request, the group visit coordinator will contact you with a formal confirmation.
Please arrange for one chaperone for every 15 students in your group. We ask that chaperones remain with the students at all times.
