Group Visits

  • Thank you for your interest in bringing a group of college-bound students to Boston University. Please review the information below regarding how to request a group visit.

Visit Programs

Groups of 10-50 students are invited to join us for a one hour Campus Tour lead by a current BU student. Although Boston University does not provide lunch to visiting groups, we would encourage groups to check out the Union Food Court, located within the George Sherman Union at 775 Commonwealth Avenue, for an on-campus dining experience.

Group visits are by appointment only, Monday through Friday during the academic school year and summer months. All available group visit dates are listed in the form below and we do not accommodate groups on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. In order for us to plan for your visit, we ask for a minimum of 3 weeks advanced notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor a request outside of the dates listed on the form.

Although we would like to accommodate all group visit requests, we are only able to host student groups in their sophomore, junior, and senior years at this time. We are happy to arrange a visit with a group younger than 10th grade during the months of June, July and August.

How to Request a Group Visit

Please complete the group visit reservation form to request an appointment. Once you submit your request, the Group Visit Coordinator will contact you with a formal confirmation and information about parking on campus.

Please arrange for one chaperone for every 15 students in your group. We ask that chaperones remain with the students at all times.
