  How To Apply
Each year Trustee Scholars are selected by the Trustee Scholarship Selection Committee. The Competition is open to high school students who receive endorsement from their school's principal or headmaster. To be considered for the Scholarship, you must print the nomination form and give it to your high school principal, headmaster, or school counselor. The nomination form, as well as the essay and application for admission, must be submitted by December 1.

Each applicant for the Trustee Scholarship Competition must submit an application for admission to one of the undergraduate degree programs at Boston University, as well as the Boston University Common Application Supplement. Each applicant must indicate that he or she is a Trustee Scholar nominee on the Boston University Common Application Supplement by typing the letters "TR" in the box marked "Office Use Only" at the bottom of page one.

Applicants must also submit official results of the SAT and two SAT Subject Tests or the ACT (with Writing Test).

Applicants must also submit the supplementary essay and nomination form for the Trustee Scholarship Competition.

Please read the scholarship application procedures for special Trustee Scholarship instructions.
