Student Employment

The Student Employment Office posts hundreds of job listings for part-time work during the academic year and full-time work during the summer. You can earn money, explore various careers and gain practical skills. A variety of paid internships are also available, offering academic credit as well as income. And if you need some fast cash for the weekend, the Quickie Job Service lists one-time or short-term jobs, from raking leaves to working at special events.

BU currently employs over 3,000 students through the Federal Work-Study Program, a financial aid program funded by the federal government and administered by Boston University. The program helps eligible students find jobs to meet their educational expenses. Work-Study students are employed on campus in BU offices or off campus at nonprofit organizations.
