Support the Academy

Alumni are invited and encouraged to support the Academy in a variety of ways. From speaking with students about careers in your field, to helping reconnect a former classmate to the alumni community, to making a gift to the Annual Fund or Capital Campaign, your continued support enhances the success of the Academy.

Capital Campaign Alumni Challenge

To help bring the Academy’s first capital campaign to a successful conclusion, a BU alumna and a current parent have offered a additional $50,000 matching challenge to the Academy’s alumni.  It is the hope of this anonymous donor that Academy alumni, in partnership with their parents if need be, will want to express gratitude for the education received at both the Academy and the University, an education that is foundational for later educational and career success.

$1-for-$1 match on all gifts over $100, but requiring at least 15 lead gifts:

  • 5 gifts of $5,000
  • 5 gifts of $2,500
  • 5 gifts of $1,000

$2-for-$1 match on gifts of up to $99 from the Classes of 2007-2011

All gifts from alumni (including joint gifts that include past parents) will qualify for this challenge. Financial contributions to the Capital Campaign may be made online (please indicate Capital Campaign and Annual Fund designations in the comments field).

Alumni Annual Fund

It’s never too early to make your annual contribution to the Annual Fund. Gifts from Alumni enrich the programs that make BUA such a unique and supportive environment. All gifts are meaningful, no matter how small or large.  We hope you’ll join us today in helping to make it another historic year for the Annual Fund!

Financial contributions to the Alumni Annual Fund may be made online or by contacting the Advancement Office at 617-353-4951.
