Goal of course is to produce leaders that use critical thinking, grounded in military history, as the basis for decision making. Course provides a foundation in Army and branch heritage, teaches the history of the profession of arms and introduces historical method/analysis and application of contextual thinking. Program objectives are to develop and sustain historically minded soldiers and civilians capable of bringing historical perspective to bear on contemporary military problems. 1 cr. 1st sem.
