PDP AQ 302
This course is designed for experienced swimmers with a competitive swim background. Workouts will focus on maintaining or improving speed and endurance with a team atmosphere. Throughout the semester, swimmers will follow a training schedule composed of technique focused drills, interval training, distance training, mide-distance training and sprint workouts. Optional swim meets throughout the semester give swimmers an opportunity to invest in a goal-oriented purpose. Students are encouraged to attend every workout but are required to attend 75% of the classes over the course of the semester.
