The Washington Internship Program
Environmental analysis & policy students can live and work as an intern in the policymaking atmosphere of the nation’s capital for a semester through the Washington Internship Program. Students take courses in policymaking that give them an insider’s look at how policies are formulated in the federal government. Possible internships with congressional committees, the executive branch, or nonprofit groups provide practical experience. Courses taken through the program count toward the major and minor. The Washington Internship Program offers the following internship course:
