Seoul National University Exchange, South Korea

Boston University management students have the opportunity to enroll directly in the College of Business Administration at Seoul National University. Spring semester only.

Program Curriculum

Students enroll in the following:

  • Two courses approved by Questrom as Questrom equivalent courses (3 credits each)
  • Culture and Social Transformation of Contemporary Korea (3)
  • Two or three elective courses (may be additional Questrom equivalent courses) (3 credits each)

Students should refer to Questrom’s lists of pre-approved courses before applying.

Program Details

  • Boston University Questrom students only
  • SNU’s admissions criteria require study abroad students to have an overall GPA minimum of 3.0. Students with a GPA below a 3.0 may be considered on a case by case basis and should contact BU Study Abroad before applying.
  • Admissions requirements for all programs
Program Dates
  • Spring Semester: early March to mid June
  • Students have the option of living on campus in dormitory facilities, although space is limited.
Application Deadlines
  • Spring: September 15 

Review of applications will begin according to the following timetable. Notification of admissions begins after the application deadline.

Program Faculty & Staff

The Seoul Exchange is administered by staff at Boston University. A program manager oversees the admissions and pre-departure procedures, and maintains contact with students prior to their arrival in Seoul. The Boston office also houses administrative personnel who are responsible for everyday operations.
