Admissions

Application Deadlines:
Spring Semester: October 15
Fall Semester and Academic Year: March 15

Requirements:
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
  (in major and overall)
• Grades of B or better in Italian
• Open to students who have completed at least two semesters of college-level Italian language or the   equivalent.

Program Fee

2008-2009 Program Cost: $23,979

The following are included in the program fee:
• Tuition
• Housing
• Board
• Field trips
• Round-trip group airfare from designated US cities
• Emergency travel assistance coverage

Boston University Scholarships for Study in Italy
Boston University International Programs and the Interdisciplinary Italian Studies Program offer academic scholarships for study in Padova. Funded by Boston University and through the generous support of the Massachusetts Quincentennial Fund and others, scholarships are for semester and academic-year study, with awards ranging from $1,000 to $2,000. Applications will be sent to accepted students upon request.

Boston Staff

The Boston University Padova Programs are administered by staff in both our Boston and Padova offices. In Boston, a program manager facilitates the admissions and orientation procedures, and maintains contact with students prior to their arrival in Padova. The Boston Office also houses administrative personnel who are responsible for everyday operations. In Padova, the staff comprises a resident director, administrative, academic and housing personnel.
