Summer Term: May 23rd to July 17th, 2010
The Paris Internship Program offers students the opportunity to spend eight weeks living, studying, and interning in Paris, known throughout the world as the magnificent City of Light. Students are introduced to the city’s rich and vibrant culture in coursework that focuses on Paris through a study of language, literature, cinema, and theater.
The program provides students with the unique opportunity to combine experience in the classroom with daily experience in a French workplace. Students enroll in one liberal arts course and participate in a professional internship. Courses are taught at the Boston University Paris Center, located in the fifteenth arrondissement within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Excursions to cultural sites within the city and beyond complement the coursework. Upon successful completion of the program, students earn eight Boston University credits.
