Office
There are 70 full-time and part-time staff and faculty working for Boston University’s London programs. They are responsible for teaching and supervising the academic program, assigning and maintaining housing, providing student services and arranging internships, and providing research and IT support.
Students live in furnished apartments with other students in Boston University’s London programs. The apartments are within walking distance of the London Centre. They vary in size (from two to 13 occupants), configuration, and style of decoration but most consist of shared bedrooms with Internet access, bath/shower room, kitchen and living/dining room area.

Housing
Students live in furnished apartments with other
students in Boston University’s London programs. Apartments are
within walking distance of each other and the London Center, in central
and exclusive South Kensington. They vary in size (from one to 13 occupants),
configuration, and style of decoration, but most consist of shared bedrooms,
bath/shower room, and a living/dining room with cooking facilities. High-speed
Internet access and phone services are available.
British Programs staff members and RAs live in BU's buildings along with
the students, helping to ensure a high level of maintenance and security.
Crofton House
A former hotel, Crofton House has been recently
and completely renovated to accommodate the American student studying
abroad. It is fully furnished, wireless, and features classroom, lounge,
and study areas. Students live in suites sharing common kitchens, living
and television areas.
Crofton House is located on Queen's Gate, directly across from Imperial
College and only steps away from Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall and many
prominent museums.
Sorbonne House
The former Sorbonne Hotel, completely renovated as a student residence, sits
on Cromwell Road across the street from the Museum of Natural History and
the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Student accommodations consist of studio units with private kitchens and
bathrooms, each housing one to four students. There is a common area/television
lounge on each floor.
Lexham Gardens
A beautiful, traditional South Kensington apartment building on a quiet and elegant
residential street.
Accommodations consist of bedrooms housing two to four students, shared kitchens
and bathrooms, and shared common areas and television lounges.
Queen's Gate
In the stately Queen's Gate building, students live
in large flats with one or more roommates in each bedroom, and share
kitchens, living, bath and television areas.
