Admissions

Application Deadline: March 1
Applications received after the deadline are reviewed until the program is filled. Late applications are accepted only if space is available, and must be accompanied by both the nonrefundable $50 application fee and the $400 program deposit. (If a student submits a late application and there is no place available in a program, International Programs will return the deposit.)

Please note: students applying to the Politics/International Relations Track who are interested in being considered for an internship placement with Parliament must apply by January 15th.

Requirements:

• Minimum GPA: 3.0 (in major and overall)
• Students are accepted into one of the program’s 11 academic areas

Program Fee

Summer 2008 Program Cost: $12,500

The following are included in the program fee:
• Tuition
• Housing
• Emergency travel assistance coverage

Costs for Summer 2009 have not yet been announced and will be subject to approval by the Board of Trustees of Boston University.

Travel:
The program arranges a trans-Atlantic group flight that is not included in the program fee. We recommend that students take this flight.

Boston Staff

The Boston University London programs are administered by staff in both Boston and London offices. In Boston, a program manager facilitates the admissions and orientation procedures, and maintains contact with students prior to their arrival in London. The Boston Office also houses administrative personnel who are responsible for everyday operations. In London, the staff comprises a resident director, administrative, academic and housing personnel.
