Admissions

Application Deadlines:

Fall Semester: March 15

Admissions Calendar:

Review of applications will begin according to the following timetable.

Requirements:

  • • Boston University students only
  • • Minimum 3.0 GPA (in major and overall)
  • • Students must complete the minimum 16-credit program

Students must maintain good academic standing in the Boston University School of Music and possess highly rated musical artistic ability as adjudicated by SOM professorial staff.

The program is for current second-semester sophomores.

Program Fee

2009/2010 Program Cost: $22,810

The following are included in the program fee:

  • • Tuition
  • • Housing
  • • Airfare from a designated US city
  • • Field trips
  • • Emergency travel assistance coverage

Additional expenses to consider.

The cost for 2010/2011 has not yet been announced and will be subject to approval by the Board of Trustees at Boston University.

Boston Staff

The Boston University London programs are administered by staff in both Boston and London offices. In Boston, a program manager facilitates the admissions and orientation procedures, and maintains contact with students prior to their arrival in London. The Boston Office also houses administrative personnel who are responsible for everyday operations. In London, the staff comprises a resident director, administrative, academic and housing personnel.
