Admissions

Application Deadline:
October 15

Requirements:
• Undergraduate or graduate status
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
  (in major and overall)

Previous coursework or fieldwork in archaeology or anthropology desired,
but not essential.

Students admitted to the program must be able to engage in fieldwork in hot temperatures for significant periods of time.

Program Fee

The cost for Spring 2007 is $21,905.

The following are included in the program fee:
• Tuition
• Housing
• Board
• Field Trips
• On-site Orientation
• Round-trip Airfare (from a designated city, usually Houston or Miami, to Belize)
• Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance

Boston Staff

The Boston University Belize program is administered by staff at Boston University. An enrollment coordinator manages the admissions and orientation procedures, and maintains contact with students prior to their arrival in Belize. The Boston Office also houses administrative personnel who are responsible for everyday operations.
