Michael Peplar is responsible for the academic programs in London.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and a graduate of the University of York (BA in History and Politics and MA in Modern History) and holds a PhD in Cultural History from the University of Greenwich. He has held teaching or research posts at the University of Greenwich, the University of East London, the Open University, and Long Island University, and is a former Director of the Institute for the International Education of Students (IES) London Centre. His teaching and research interests are in the fields of history and cultural studies. Publications include Family Matters: A History of Ideas About the Family, Longman, London and New York, 2002.
