Dr. Piergabriele Mancuso (Venice, 1975), studied at the University of Venice (BA/MA in Oriental Languages), at the Hebrew University (Rothberg School), at the music academy of Adria (Diploma in viola) at the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies and University College London where he was awarded a PhD in Jewish Studies. As a visiting scholar he taught in Paris (EHEES) and Venice (Cà Foscari University). He is the author of several articles and monographic studies on medieval literature, history and music.
