Franco Vecchiet has studied and worked under Henry Goetz at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica, at ISIA, in Urbino, at the Academy of Lubiana, Croatia, and in the studio of Avgust Cernigoj. He teaches printmaking at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica. He has also taught at the University of Trieste and the Academy of Fine Arts, Paris.
