Eager to go but dreading the cost? If you’re a BU student, you might be surprised to know that you’ll never pay more to go on a BU Study Abroad program than you would pay to stay on the Charles River Campus. You can also apply your financial aid to any program.

For non-BU students, very often you, too, can apply your financial aid package toward your study abroad. Even better, we offer need and merit-based grants and scholarships.

And for both BU and non-BU students, the cheaper cost of living in some destinations means it can actually cost less to go away than to stay. Add to that the financial aid packages, grants, and some other scholarships that are available, and you can rest assured: you have options.
